Try before you buy

Every band gets a free preview — create songs and gig lists and see exactly how songdocker works before paying anything. Because of this, we keep the refund policy simple.

14-day money-back guarantee

If songdocker isn't working out, email support@songdocker.com within 14 days of your first payment for a band and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms. A refunded payment ends the plan immediately: the band reverts to the free preview as soon as the refund is issued.

Cancellations

Cancel any time from your band's Settings page (Manage billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the band reverts to the free preview. We don't prorate partial months or years, and renewal payments (after the first) are not refundable except where the law requires it.

How refunds are issued

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days.

Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state.
